Questions about the preview
Is my photo stored?
No. The clinic does not receive or store your photo. Whitening is processed on your device. For veneers and straightening, a cropped mouth image is sent to Google's Gemini AI only after you agree; it is not used to train AI models, and Google may keep it for a limited time only to check for misuse.
Will my real result look like this?
Not necessarily. It is a visual simulation. Your camera and lighting change the colours, and whether a treatment suits you is decided only after an examination by a dentist.
Does it cost anything?
No. The preview is free, and using it does not commit you to any treatment.
Can I show the result at my visit?
Yes. Save the image and show it at your consultation. It helps you explain the look you want.
Why does the veneer or straightening preview need AI?
Changing tooth shape or position needs an image-generation model. Whitening only changes colour, so it runs on your phone.
