Booking a dentist in Seoul before you fly: what to send and when
Your travel dates, two clear photos and one honest sentence about what is bothering you. That is most of it.

Message the clinic with your travel dates, what you would like done or what hurts, and a couple of clear photos or recent X-rays. At Guardians Dental you can book by WhatsApp, LINE, KakaoTalk or the website form, and the team replies within 24 business hours with a time and, where possible, a preliminary fee. Booking through the website also gives you the online booking discount.
When to book
The right moment depends on how many days the treatment needs while you are in Seoul. As a rule: the more lab work involved, the earlier in your trip it should start.
| Treatment | Time in Seoul | Book |
|---|---|---|
| Check-up and scaling | 30–40 minutes | 1–2 weeks ahead |
| DIAwhite whitening | About 1 hour | 1–2 weeks ahead, near the end of your trip |
| Fillings | 1–2 days | Early in your trip |
| Crowns and inlays | 1–3 days | Early in your trip |
| DIAlami veneers | 1–7 days | Before you fly, with photos |
| Single implant | 3–5 days, then a second trip | Before you fly, with X-rays |

What to send
- Your travel dates, arrival and departure, so the plan fits your stay.
- What you want or what hurts, in one or two sentences. “Upper left molar hurts with cold drinks” helps more than “toothache”.
- Photos taken in daylight: one full smile and one close-up of the area. Hold the phone level and avoid the flash.
- Recent X-rays from your home dentist, if you have them. A panoramic image is the most useful.
- Medicines and allergies, especially blood thinners.
- Your insurance card, if you would like to use travel insurance. See how direct billing works.
How to send it
WhatsApp (+82 10-3226-3907) is fastest. LINE, KakaoTalk, email and the booking form work too, and the team reads English, Japanese, Korean and Thai.
What happens next
- Within 24 business hours: a reply with an appointment time and, where possible, a preliminary fee.
- At the clinic: an exam, then a written plan and fee before any treatment starts.
- Plans change? Message us. Moving a check-up is simple; for lab work, the earlier you tell us the better.
Photos and X-rays help us plan, but they are not a diagnosis. The final plan is always made after an in-person exam.

Is there a discount for booking online?
